The Citizens Advice Consumer Service is an advice service that is supported by local authorities nationally, and is funded by Government.

They are the first point of contact for all Trading Standards related queries and will endeavour to help you with your enquiry. They will also notify the appropriate local Trading Standards team of your contact.

All complaint information is analysed and used for intelligence purposes to prioritise tasks and investigations.
